Yasumaki began in December 2019, on the eve of the New Year, as a small kitchen with a big idea — to make honest sushi without compromises. At that time, it was difficult to find truly high-quality Japanese food in Cyprus, prepared with respect for both tradition and ingredients. This inspired us to create a brand where taste, freshness, and responsibility stand above everything else.
