At Yasumaki, we strive to deliver fresh, high-quality food straight to your door in Limassol and Nicosia. Please review our delivery policy below:

1. Delivery Zones

We deliver orders within Limassol and Nicosia. Deliveries are limited to specific postal zones listed on our website.

The minimum order amount varies depending on your location — from €8 to €70. When placing an order, you enter your postal code and the system will automatically calculate the required minimum.

2. Delivery Hours

We accept and deliver orders daily from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Estimated delivery time is 30 to 90 minutes, depending on your area, kitchen load, traffic, and weather conditions.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges depend on your location and are automatically calculated during the ordering process.

Free delivery may apply for orders exceeding a certain amount.

4. Payment Methods

  • Cash on delivery
  • Online payment via card (Visa / MasterCard)

5. Aggregator Orders

If an order is placed through a delivery aggregator (e.g., Wolt) and fulfilled by a third-party courier, Yasumaki is not responsible for the delivery.

Please contact the aggregator's customer support for any delivery issues related to such orders.

6. Customer Unavailability

If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, Yasumaki reserves the right to charge the full order amount.

Redelivery may be subject to additional fees.

7. Food Quality and Consumption

All meals are freshly prepared and intended for immediate consumption.
Yasumaki does not take responsibility for food quality if consumed more than 2 hours after delivery.
