🥢YASUMAKI 🥢- is a modern and fast-growing sushi delivery brand in Cyprus.
We are looking for a polite, attentive and responsible team member to join us and help us provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
* Receive and process orders (by phone, website and mobile app)
* Communicate with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
* Assist customers with menu selection when needed
* Control correct packaging and handover of orders to couriers
* Work as a team with the kitchen and other operators
* Maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace and packing area
* Refill consumables (soy sauce, chopsticks, napkins, boxes), rotate beverages
* Handle service situations professionally (in case of delay or missing items — provide a bonus roll and leave a note in the system)
* Pass important information to the next shift
Schedule
There is no fixed schedule — shifts are arranged within the team.
Typical shifts:
• 11:00 – 17:00
• 17:00 – 22:00
On average: 2 days off per week
During busy seasons: 1 day off (compensated by more working hours → higher pay)
There is no guaranteed day off specifically on Saturday or Sunday — the schedule is balanced fairly for everyone
Requirements
Russian — fluent
English — confident (Greek is an advantage)
Politeness, punctuality, responsibility and stable work attitude
Comfortable communication skills and calm tone
Basic computer literacy
Previous experience in hospitality / delivery / customer service is a plus
Work Permit / Legal Status
Any status that allows legal employment in Cyprus is acceptable:
EU Citizen / EU Residence / Work Permit / Temporary Protection / Student Visa with work rights etc.
