I. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders of food and beverage items from Yasumaki restaurants and/or online platforms operated by D. VOLKOV GROUP LTD, hereinafter referred to as "Yasumaki." By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms without exception.

These Terms can be found at www.yasumaki.com and are available at all Yasumaki outlets.

Definitions

  • “Customer” means any individual or legal entity placing an order through Yasumaki platforms.
  • “Yasumaki” refers to D. VOLKOV GROUP LTD and its operating branches in Cyprus.
  • “Goods” means food, beverages, and packaged products listed on our menu.

II. Orders

All offers on the website or promotional materials are non-binding.

An order shall be deemed accepted once confirmed by Yasumaki, either in writing or through delivery.

Yasumaki reserves the right to reject or cancel orders due to stock issues, incorrect pricing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Orders are accepted via website, phone, email, or in-person.

Minimum order values and delivery areas are listed on the website.

III. Delivery

Delivery is subject to availability and operational capacity.

Estimated delivery time is 30–90 minutes in Limassol and Nicosia.

Delivery is limited to the designated zones unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If the customer is unavailable upon delivery, Yasumaki reserves the right to charge the full order amount.

IV. Payment

Accepted payment methods: cash and online credit card (VISA, MasterCard).

Goods remain the property of Yasumaki until full payment is received.

V. Complaints and Liability

Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and report issues immediately.

If items are defective, a replacement will be provided. If not satisfactory, a refund or discount may be requested.

Yasumaki is not liable for indirect damages, force majeure, or delays beyond its control.

VI. Allergens and Special Diets

Customers are responsible for informing Yasumaki about allergies or dietary restrictions when ordering.

Despite best efforts, cross-contamination with allergens cannot be ruled out.

Yasumaki cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free of allergens. Customers with severe allergies are advised to refrain from ordering.

VII. Data Protection

Customer data is stored securely and processed in accordance with GDPR.

Data may be used for order processing, market analysis, and personalized advertising.

Customers may withdraw consent at any time by contacting support.

By using our services, customers are deemed to have consented to receive promotional messages via SMS, email, or push notifications. This consent can be withdrawn at any time.

VIII. Withdrawal Rights

Due to the perishable and customized nature of food products, the right of withdrawal is excluded under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

IX. Legal Provisions

The laws of the Republic of Cyprus govern all transactions.

Yasumaki is not responsible for the content of third-party links.

X. Amendments

Yasumaki reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

XI. Jurisdiction

Place of performance and jurisdiction is the location of the Yasumaki outlet fulfilling the order.
